1. As you go about your daily business keep your eyes opened for homes that are vacant. When you find a vacant home write the address down and send it to me via email. I will seek the owner out and make them an offer. If I buy the property I will pay you a finders fee of $1,000 dollars when the property is resold.  

Income Opportunity #2

2. If you know of anyone who is about to lose their house through foreclosure refer them to me and if I buy their house I will pay you a referral fee of $1,000 dollars upon the resale of the house.

Income Opportunity #3

3. Refer someone to me who wants to become a homeowner and if I sell them a house I will pay you a referral fee of $1,000 dollars when they close escrow.
